Professional Summary

Paul is a classically trained musician and teacher. He initially studied teaching and performance with Philip Martin and John Humphreys at Birmingham Conservatoire before going on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Bristol University. His various mentors have included Alberto Portugheis, Peter Feuchtwanger and Carola Grindea, the founder of EPTA.


As a classical musician, he has performed in many concert halls and venues including the Adrian Boult Hall (Birmingham), St James Piccadilly, Regent Hall (Oxford St), St Georges Brandon Hill (Bristol), Bristol Cathedral, Victoria Rooms (Bristol), St Olaves (Hart St), Bristol Music Club, Clevedon Music Club and Stanford Hall (Leicestershire).
